Short-Term Rehabilitation

Lenawee Medical Care Facility partners with Concept Rehab, a national leader in rehabilitation services to provide short-term rehabilitation following an illness, injury, or surgery. The rehabilitation services offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy, 7 days a week.   

The program's mission is to help patients regain their independence by teaching them the skills needed to care for themselves with a focus on excellent clinical outcomes. This is achieved through a collaborative, patient-centered approach of the facility's physicians, nursing staff, physical, occupational, and speech therapist, social services, family members, and the patient.

Each patient is provided an individualized treatment plan carried out in our spacious therapy gym which includes the addition of a fully equipped kitchen and a training bathroom to ensure safety for real-life activities that are performed in a private residence.
